My Insurance experience started in 1995 when my father, Tom Crutchfield, hired me to sell Commercial Insurance.
Since 2002, I have been the Agent of Record.

I grew up in Arlington since the age of 5.
I attended elementary school there, junior high and then graduated from Arlington High School in ’83.

I am excited to come to work and be able to really help others.
We are not a 1-800 # where you don’t know who you are talking to.
We actively care about building relationships with our customers!

I talk a lot about commercial insurance.
I have been passionate about it from the beginning and it makes my day when I can have someone trust my agency enough to put their income and livelihood in our hands.

When I’m not working you can find me in the backyard with building projects, yard design, and planting.

My daughter, Caroline, is a student at Arkansas University, studying teaching, and I hope to have a career teaching elementary school kids. My son Jackson has decided to enlist in the Air Force. His job will be trained on firefighting…
I like to take hikes together with my kids in Wyoming over the summer.

I like to support the DFW Miracle League, and Teleton USA.

Mi experiencia en seguros comenzó en 1995 cuando mi padre, Tom Crutchfield, me contrató para vender seguros comerciales. Desde 2002, soy el Agente de Registro.

Crecí en Arlington desde los 5 años. Asistí a la escuela primaria y secundaria allí, y me gradué de Arlington High School en el 83.

Originally from Arlington, I am a native of Fort Worth Texas and have been in the world of sales for 25 years. I went to school for business and economics but found my first stint in the world of insurance sales with the Tom Crutchfield Agency back in 2009/2010.

Executing sales and relationships with clients in business and personal lines before bowing out of the business after 9 years. After 4 years away from the industry, came back as a partner once more in adding business insurance to a long list of credentials.

My purpose in life is to continue helping provide solutions for those looking for a product or service to solve their pain threshold. My other interests involve building my personal brand through personal development and financial education. I enjoy spending time on the lake or ocean. I also enjoy road trips and sightseeing. I also enjoy providing mentorship at seminars and other engagements.

I strongly believe in developing strong relationships with our clients because at the end of the day sales is about people, and people don’t care about what you have until they know you care about them!

I grew up in Mansfield, TX! I graduated in 2021 from Legacy High School. During my time at Legacy I was a cheerleader, my favorite thing to do was cheer at Friday night football games. I also cheered at a local cheer gym, The Cheer Academy, where I now coach.

I am currently a student at the University of Arkansas, majoring in Elementary Education looking to be a first grade teacher one day. Aside from being a student, I love being outdoors & spending time with my family, friends & of course my dog!

As far as my insurance experience goes, I am just starting out! I enjoy talking to customers & building a relationship with them. I can’t wait to learn more about the insurance world while working part time at the agency!

¡Crecí en Mansfield, Texas! Me gradué en 2021 de Legacy High School. Durante mi tiempo en Legacy fui porrista, y lo que más me gustaba era animar en los partidos de fútbol americano los viernes por la noche. También participé en un gimnasio local de porras, The Cheer Academy, donde ahora soy entrenadora.

I grew up in Fort Worth, TX. In high school, I did 4 years of culinary arts. Regarding my experience in the industry, I started in 2021 not knowing anything about insurance, thinking it would be a challenge – it was a new adventure and a new career. I was excited to learn new things. I turned out to love it! What I most enjoy about it is helping my customer feel like they can trust me.

Personally, I love talking about my dogs – they are amazing! On the weekends, I like to play soccer with them and my husband. When not at work, you can find me at my parents’ house or at the park with my dogs and husband. As I mentioned before, I love dogs, and that’s why I used to volunteer at a veterinary clinic – to help with dogs and other injured pets.

En lo personal, me encanta hablar de mis perros, ¡son increíbles! Los fines de semana me gusta jugar fútbol con ellos y con mi esposo. Cuando no estoy en el trabajo, me pueden encontrar en la casa de mis padres o en el parque con mis perros y mi esposo. I was born in Jamaica, BWI and grew up in Quebec, Canada near Montreal. My education is diverse – from fashion design to philosophy. I started in the insurance field as an admin at a friend’s agency. It was supposed to be just a couple of months between jobs. That was 2016 – much happened. What most excites me about my job is that each phone call or office visit is an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives, as insurance helps to protect our clients’ future.

When not at the office, as a personal chef, artisanal baker, and cottage food producer – food is my passion! I’ve also been studying classical middle eastern dance for approximately 10 years. When not helping our customers with their insurance needs (or making tasty treats), I’m enjoying my family, all our cats, leading women’s empowerment workshops, and lending a guiding hand as a life coach.
